The Inspirers of the Project propose to make the foundation and the Dome of the entire Mahavirpurum complex ring with the sounds of compassion. Mahavirpurum is our endeavor to spread the inevitable message of compassion to the world through the latest audio-visual technology upto the maximum possible potential.

Here, an effort has been made to furnish a brief description of all the schemes which are going to take shape at the proposed project location. Owing to the strength of the faith in our hearts for our beloved Bhagwan, one can say with certainty that the promoters shall be able to realize their dreams.

1. JIN SHAASAN STOOP [Dome of Jainism]

The life span of Bhagwan Mahavir was 72 years and hence the height of this dome will be 72 feet. This stoop will be located in the center of the complex and will be adorned with unusual mirror-work. On the upper part of the dome there will be a 7 feet high celestial idol of Bhagwan Mahavir. It will be rotating and hence every visitor to this complex will feel the divine blessings of Bhagwan constantly pouring over him. The circumference of the dome will be around 20 feet. It will be in the shape of Shree Yantra.

This stupa will be like a wonder of the world. The area around the stoop will be 10000 feet and will be covered by beautiful and unique trees. It will be a sanctuary for birds and animals. Jainism is for the benefit of all living-beings and as a perception of Jainism, in the adjacent area, there will be a sound of the flutter and chatter of free birds and animals and the entire adjoining area will be like a sanctuary.

2. CHAITYAVRIKSHA UDHYAN

Bhagwan was a loving protector of all living-beings in this universe. As an antidote to environmental pollution, a special garden will be created to protect the environment. In this garden there will be 3 trees for each of the 24 Tirthankars. The trees below which the Tirthankar Bhagwan got their enlightenment are also equally pious. With three trees for each Tirthankar, numbering to 72 trees, Bhagwan Mahavir’s temple tree in the center shall comprise of 5 trees. Apart from the above, other auspicious trees, such as the Raayan tree, etc, will form a beautiful garden of 151 trees.

As per astrological calculations one needs to pray to specific Tirthankars for specific sun-signs. In these gardens, information will be given on matters like Tirthankars to whom one should pray to, for specific sun-signs. One can sit below the tree of the relevant Tirthankar Bhagwan and meditate and chant the mantras thereof.

Divine energies flow from these specific trees and by sitting below these trees one can also get the benefit of the specific energy emanating from those trees. This garden is spread over an area of two vighas.

3. BRAHMAND PRADEEP DARSHAN

The world has seen during the past centuries and decades lots of kings, emperors, great men, etc. But among them all, Lord Mahavir is an individual by himself. He is a divine institution. The only worthily aim deserving the attention of man ought to be realization of the Lord Mahavir's "Darshan" and his celestial inner contact that is our only purpose in the creation of the complex, which has been introduced here in detail.

The most modern technological advancement will be and ought to be harnessed to the unique project. If the walls, of this architecture adorned with murals be faithfully studied by visitors and the devotees. They are bound to affect the heart beats and mental attitudes of mankind. Virtual Reality is the aim proposed to be presented in lines, colors and woods for this great ideal to the sightseers. It is the most valuable social education and cultural enlightenment.

4. PRACHIN BHARAT KI KHOJ MEIN

Bharat (India) is not a discovered country. It has been in existence since time immemorial, as a country of the Aryans. Its traditions are millions of years old. Hence, it’s roots of happiness and peace is very deep. That is the sole reason for its
existence.

The financial structure, the political structure, the family structure, the warmth of relationships, the spirit of sacrifice and such other 25 virtues will be displayed with illustrations in the form of pictures that will offer this rich heritage of Bharat to the world.

The center of Indian life-style is non-violence peace and love. A peep into the Indian life’s virtues will be displayed in this section. Apart from that, a life-style closest to nature is the Indian life-style. In this section we will show how happy and easy, life can be without the use of artificial resources of natural elements like water, air and light. Hence we will display models of Indian towns, models of Indian houses and so on.

5. MANAS DARSHAN KHAND

Behind every activity of a man is the support and contrl of his mind. Any action or activity that is done without concentration also receives the reflection of the mind. For the mind’s mental purification, several beautiful pictures have been painted.

For mental peace, external medication is mandatory. Actually, it is essential to resolve worldly mental conflicts. Keeping that in mind, Bhagwan Mahavir had shown us the science of Leshya. The meaning of Leshya is colour. The mind is filled with various colors and it becomes like those colors due to its effect over it. It is mutual. Just like the thoughts in the mind, similar is the colour of the particles in the mind. Thereafter the mind becomes like that colour. A gist of the effect of these colors will be displayed scientifically.

It has been planned to show the effect of 6 colors in phases and with examples using VRML technology. In this same section, in another room is displayed “Abhipray Darshan” (vision of syadwad [multiple opinions]). “Our opinion is correct”, this stubbornness itself is the root of most conflicts, wars and so on. One should understand and accept all opinions that help to build love.

In the last room of these sections, opinions will be kept in the form of sayings and statements of all the great scholars of this world who think highly of Jainism. It is intended to show to the world that Bhagwan Mahavir’s sermons are not a separate sect, they lead you to the road to the correct thought process for living in this world. In his sermons lie scientific principles and basic truths. The area for this entire division is 10,000 sq ft.

6. MEDITATION AVENUE

The entire Mahavirpurum will become a center for providing immense internal bliss to the mankind of this world. To sustain the faith of the future generations, a beautiful and impressive prayer avenue will be built. This area will be like an island in the water. This will be in the middle of Mahavirpurum entrusted with marvelous yellow shaded idols from ancient Indian Civilization and Culture. This avenue will be spread over an area of 40,000 sq. ft.

7. AYURVEDIC HEALTH CENTRE

On the river-side, the entire complex is pollution-free. The air and water over here are extremely pure and have curative capabilities. Hence, it is proposed to make a huge center where people can improve their health using natural facilities. There is a plan to provide free of charge medical aid to the poor. The entire health center is over an area of two vighas. The arrangements are such that it can provide facilities to 200 patients at a time.

Stress is the biggest human-killer today. Unless one resolves the problem of mental stress, the latest technology and all the modern facilities cannot provide any relief. This is a universal experience. To regain the lost mental peace and happiness - natural environment, classical Indian music and a center that can provide personalized attention to everyone, to experience peace, is what we at Mahavirpurum are striving for.

8. INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, I.T. CENTRE AND HOSTEL

The education center of Mahavirpurum will be completely separate. It will contain a research department for pollution eradication. At this center, research will be conducted on the main tenets of water and other natural elements. Services of experts will be hired in this field and II also train them in pollution control. These experts will then make inventions in this area after studying ancient Indian literature.

For the aforesaid purpose, there will be a laboratory, which will be equipped with the latest tools and instruments. Pollution control is a problem not only of India but of the entire world. The farsighted rishis of India have done immense research on the elements of water and flora. Such research will be Inevitable and extremely useful to the world. Apart from that there will be a special hostel for accommodating around 100 I.T. experts undertaking special research. In this hostel, each person will be given a separate accommodation comprising of a room with bathroom, toilet and kitchen facilities.

9. MADHYASTHA KARYALAYA [Central Administrative Office]

There will be an office for the administration of the entire Mahavirpurum complex. This office will be fully equipped with all the latest office equipment and will rank as one of the finest offices in the world. It will be a blend of ancient Indian culture and the latest technology of today.

• Main Office - 3000 sq. ft.
• Strong Room - 3000 sq ft.
• Special Departments - 11 Rooms, each of 1500 ft with wash rooms
• Conference Hall, Board Room for meetings of trustees, office bearers, advisors and board members which would be of an area of 3500 sq ft.

10. SANTODHYAN [Monasteries]

There will be facilities to accommodate the saints of all the religions of the world. There will be separate accommodation for the saints of Jain religion. The monastery for the saints of Jain religion will be constructed as per the plans mentioned below, keeping In mind the daily rituals and the ascetism entwined in their lives.

The area of this entire complex will be 1 lakh sq ft comprising of a basement, huge hall on the ground floor, nine rooms, two sections on the first floor, where each section comprises of 4 rooms (one meditation room, a dining hall, a residential room and a visitor’s meeting room).

11. ATITHI SATKAR SADAN [Guest House]

This complex equipped with all the latest and facilities will provide residential accommodation to all - from the rich and the famous to the most common person. The accommodation will be in the form of suites and will be extremely clean & hygienic. These suites will be inclusive of reading room and dressing room.

12. BHOJAN SHALA [Lodging House]

The base of Indian food is pulses, vegetables and buffalo/cow’s milk, curds, ghee and buttermilk. The Indian people are not material crazy. The virtues of happiness and contentment are imbibed in them. Hence, although the food is simple, it is still satvic (nutritious) and tasty. The food that will be served at these lodging houses will be in keeping with the tenets of Jainism.

The dining hall will be of 8,000 sq. feet approx. and 1,000 visitors at a time will be able to have food in the hall. And, the kitchen will contain solar energy based equipment. Its area will be of 5000 sq feet and there will be sufficient distance between the kitchen and the dining hall. There will be a facility of conveyor belt and trolleys to ensure time and service.
